Let’s give a warm welcome to Dr. Steven Shephard! He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and has over 15 years of experience in the field of medicine. He attended medical school at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Obstetrics & Gynecologic Surgery in Lansing, MI. Following residency, he moved with his family to northern Nigeria serving for many years as a medical missionary. Here he led West Africa’s largest fistula repair program and became one of the world’s top surgeons in fistula repair & reconstruction following obstetric and surgical injuries.
